The value for money at this lovely beachside boathouse was exceptional. The room was cozy and had a genuine beachy vibe, with stunning views of the beach and sea from the bedroom. The location was outstanding, right next to the beach and the warm sea. The staff treated us warmly and our puppies were warmly received. The walks around the area were interesting and varied, and the chalet had a great outside area with a stove for get-togethers. The large safe area for dogs to roam and play was a big bonus. Parking was safe and off-road, and having a dishwasher was a nice touch.

The breakfast could have been better with some additional variety and options.

the boathouse exceeded expectations, a hidden gem with outstanding views of the beach and cozy 'beachy' vibes. great location near village with good pub and bakery. plenty of activities and a large safe area for dogs. the outside area with a stove was a nice touch and the presence of boardgames and books added to the relaxing stay.

The location of Spinney's Boathouse is absolutely outstanding. Being right next to the beach and having warm sea water is a dream come true. the pebble beach may require protective footwear, but the beautiful views make it worth it. the chalet itself is cozy and has a genuine "beachy" feel. the kitchen is fantastic for breakfast, and there is even a good pub nearby. the surrounding walks offer interesting and varied experiences. the outside area with a stove is a great touch, perfect for get-togethers. the chalet also provides entertainment with a TV equipped with Sky and games. Dogs have a large enclosed area to roam and play. Lastly, having safe off-road parking and a dishwasher is definitely a nice added convenience.

Guests can enjoy walks along the beach to nearby Aldeburgh or explore the charming village of Thorpeness. A dishwasher and ample parking add convenience to the stay.

The upper bedroom would benefit from curtains or basic blinds for added comfort and privacy.

Amazing Location & Beautiful Beach Views!

The location of this beachfront chalet was absolutely outstanding. It was just a stone's throw away from the beach, providing breathtaking views of the sea. The beach itself was stunning, with warm waters and a pebble shoreline.

Despite a few minor issues, such as the lack of curtains in the loft bedroom and an odd layout downstairs, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. A truly memorable weekend with lovely memories to cherish.

I loved being able to walk along the beach to the picturesque village of Thorpeness, where I enjoyed delicious food at the local inn and visited the charming tea room overlooking the lake.
